Mumbai: Former Australian cricketer Brett Lee, who is known to be a huge fan of Indian culture, took part in the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations at Sion East's GSB seva mandal on Thursday.

The former speedster was seen visiting a local pandal. He wore a cream-coloured kurta.

The crowd at the pandal got berserk just to get a glimpse of the famed cricketer.


Earlier this year, Lee had visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar wearing a yellow-coloured turban.


The whole nation is celebrating the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi where Lord Ganesha visits people's houses to give blessings.
