'Sivaranjiniyum Innum Sila Pengalum' to be screened at IFFK
Acclaimed director Vasanth who is known for his films like Keladi Kanmani, Rhythm and Aasai is now hitting the headlines for his upcoming movie Sivaranjiniyum Innum Sila Pengalum. The film received thumbs up at the Mumbai International Film Festival from critics and got the Gender Equality Award.
Scripted based on the three short stories penned by renowned writersâJeyamohan, Ashokamitran, and Aadhavan, the film revolves around three strong women characters played by Parvathy, Lakshmi Priyaa Chandramouli, and Kaleeswari Srinivasan.
The film has been now selected to get screened at the 23rd International Film Festival of Kerala. Sivaranjiniyum Innum Sila Pengalum also has Karunakaran, Sundar, and Marimuthu in pivotal roles.
After screening at various festival circuits, the film is expected to hit the screens in 2019.
