A spokesman for the BEA warned that it could take several days to even download the information from the black boxes. One pilot wrote that the Max 8's aircraft manual was "criminally insufficient." The Max 8 is Boeing's "cash cow," airline industry consultant Robert W. Mann told NBC News.
