Also, petitioner Sanjeev Gupta and BCCI itself also believes that there’s no room for a further argument. Earlier, the veteran batsman has been alleged for the Conflict of Interest for representing Cricket Advisory Committee (BCCI) of the BCCI apart from serving as a mentor for the (IPL 2019) franchise (SRH).

Recently, Laxman has submitted the written document as Ombudsman Justice DK Jain has already reserved his orders. It has been learnt that Laxman has nothing to add more owing to the conflict of interest.

Meanwhile, with next hearing scheduled on May 20 when alongside Laxman could possibly be represented by their representatives, Laxman has already intimidated the officer that he has nothing more to bring forward except the recently written affidavit.

The duo in Tendulkar and Laxman had recorded lengthy statements.

Laxman maintained that if the charges are proved he will recuse from his top-brass post of the CAC.
