Kim Kardashian is under fire for COPYING another designer’s sunglasses
Kim Kardashian, who just won a lawsuit against Missguided for unlawful copying of designs is currently under fire for copying Emilio Pucci’s sunglasses design. Find out more
“It’s devastating to see these fashion companies rip off designs that have taken the blood, sweat and tears of true designers who have put their all into their own original ideas.” This was the statement made by Kim back in February when she accused a brand called Missguided of selling lower-priced versions of the outfits she wore, as well as using her likeness without her approval.

A lawsuit was filed against them and Kim emerged victorious against Missguided. Earlier in July, the Keeping up with the Kardashians’ reality star was awarded $2.7 million, plus $60,000 in legal fees for the lawsuit.
After she won the lawsuit against Missguided, she has now been accused of ‘Fashion Plagiarism’ herself. She is now being accused of copying sunglasses design from Emilio Pucci for her collaboration with Carolina Lemke. We can't even give her the benefit of the doubt as she was herself seen the wearing the latter’s design last summer, way before her range launched.
“Funny how those SS17 @emiliopucci shades you wore in August 2018 ended up in your eyewear collab with @carolinalemkeberlin that launched in April this year,” Diet Prada wrote in the caption with a side-by-side photo of the two accessories, adding: “Hypocrisy at its finest!”
While she is usually quick enough to respond on social media, we have yet to hear from the reality star and see how she responds to these allegations.
