A few days back, Shah Rukh Khan celebrated his 54th birthday in Mumbai and bang at midnight, the superstar came outside Mannat to meet and greet his fans who were waiting outside his house to get a limpse of their superstar. From Karan Johar, Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt, to a host of other B-town stars, everyone took to social media to pen heartfelt birthday notes for the actor, and as we speak, this Raees actor is in Kolkata at the 25th Kolkata International Film Festival (KIFF).
During the event, whie SRK was giving a speech, he said that nobody takes serious speeches of movie stars seriously, and at the end of it all, he was just considered a good-looking face. At the end of his speech, as always, the audiences unanimously wanted to hear some peppy dialogue from his movies as SRK said, “I know, I know, I know nobody takes serious speeches of movie stars seriously. At the end of all, i am just a good looking face. Ya, that's it.” Well, we agree SRK because who wants to waste an opportunity to hear a dialogue from your movies.
Well, knowing SRK, he didn’t disappoint his fans as he said that his presence becomes useless if he doesn’t say some dialogue and so, he voiced a famous dialogue from his film Raees. SRK said, “Ammijan kehti thi, ki koi film festival chota ya bada nehi hota. Lekin KIFF se sundar koi bhi dusra festival nahin hota (My mother used to say, no film festival is small or big. But no other festival can be more beautiful than KIFF).” Needless to say, the audices were crying tears of joy on seeing SRK say a dialogue from his film. During his birthday celebrations, Shah Rukh Khan revealed that Aryan once told him that he and Suhana have grown up watching Kuch Kuch Hota Hain and DDLJ, but AbRam needs his father to do one big film jisse “usko lage uska baap itna bada actor hai.” On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Anand L.Rai’s Zero co-starring Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif and as of now, he hasn’t announced his next film but as per reports, SRK is reading a couple of scripts and will soon announce his next project.
