Rajya Sabha MP Amar Singh passed away, breathed his last in Singapore
New Delhi. Amar Singh , a long-time Rajya Sabha MP and former leader of the Samajwadi Party, who has been battling the disease , passed away. He breathed his last in Singapore. Amar Singh, one of the tallest leaders of Uttar Pradesh, was extremely close to Mulayam Singh, the patron of the Samajwadi Party.
According to media reports, Amar Singh was undergoing treatment in Singapore for six months due to a kidney problem and was admitted to the ICU. Please tell that in the year 2013, Amar Singh's kidney went bad.
Please tell that despite being ill, Amar Singh was very active on social media. Before his death, he paid tribute to the freedom fighter Bal Gangadhar Tilak on his death anniversary and then offered Eid-ul-Azha greetings to all the countrymen.
Amar Singh's political career began in 1996 with being elected a member of the Rajya Sabha. In 2010, Mulayam Singh expelled him from the party. After which Amar Singh had also announced to retire from politics. However, in 2016, Amar Singh once again entered the Samajwadi Party and was sent to the Rajya Sabha.
