New Delhi. Former President Pranab Mukherjee 's condition worsened on Wednesday after a lung infection. The Army's 'Research and Referral' hospital gave this information. Mukherjee (84) was hospitalized here on August 10 and underwent brain surgery. Earlier, he was also confirmed infected by the Kovid-19 probe. Doctors treating Mukherjee said that he is still on the life support system.
Pranab Mukherjee's son and former MP Abhijeet Mukherjee said that there are positive signs of improvement in his father's condition. "Abhijeet Mukherjee tweeted that his father's condition is stable.
He said, "After all the well wishes and hard work of the doctors, my father's condition is stable now ... positive signs of improvement are seen. I request all of you, wish him well soon. ”Mukherjee was the President of the country from 2012 to 2017.
