Mike Pence and Jaishankar will give speech on Indo-US relations during leadership conference
Washington. US Vice President Mike Pence and India's Foreign Minister S Jaishankar will deliver keynote speeches on Indo-US relations at a digital leadership conference. In this conference there will be discussion on increasing economic and strategic cooperation between the two countries. The conference, titled 'US-India Week: Going Through New Challenges', is being organized by the trade lobbying group US India Strategic and Partnership Forum (USISAPF) from 31 August to 3 September.
"We are honored and delighted to have Vice President Pence join us for our conference: This is an extraordinary opportunity for the administration's deep commitment to India and the Indo-Pacific region," USISAPF President Mukesh Agi said on Tuesday. This third week-long conference of the USISAPF will discuss increasing economic and strategic cooperation between India and the United States during the transformative phase for the global economy.
