Prohibitory orders apply in Kathmandu Valley after more than 1,000 new cases of corona virus

Kathmandu The total number of infected people has crossed 28,000 after more than 1,000 new cases of corona virus infection were reported in Nepal on Tuesday . In view of increasing cases, prohibitory orders have been implemented in Kathmandu Valley for a week . Orders regarding the ban have been issued by three district administrations in the Kathmandu Valley after a sudden increase in cases of corona virus infection. After this order people can exit the house only in emergency situations. 

A spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Population, Jageshwar Gautam, told a digital press conference that 1,106 people have been found infected with the corona virus in the last 24 hours in Nepal. With this, Gautam said, the number of corona virus infected people in the country increased to 28,257. The ministry on Tuesday confirmed seven more deaths due to corona virus, after which the total number of dead increased to 114.
