Tinder and OLX invest in India's social media app Spark

Bangalore The native social media app Spark has received investment from Tinder's Chief Product Officer Brienne Norgaard and leading French entrepreneur and OLX founder Fabrice Grinda. However, the amount of this investment has not been disclosed. Norgaard has also previously invested in startups such as SpecialX, NosalHQ. At the same time, Grinda has invested in more than 200 enterprises including Alibaba Group, AirBNB, BP, Palantir and Windin. Short-video sharing platform Spark has provided this information in a statement.

"We are delighted that global entrepreneurs like Brien Norgaard and Fabrice Grinda have liked and invested in Spark's work," said Sumit Ghosh, co-founder and CEO of Spark App. "We are excited about his involvement in Spark Rocketship and are eager to learn the art of becoming a global product company from him," he said. The statement quoted Grinda as saying, "The spark so far We have been impressed by the competent methods and the way we have progressed on our own.
